Genesis triages patient calls and messages, reviews symptoms and post-operative concerns, coordinates medication refills and refill authorizations, and assists with in-office procedures including injections and wound care. Whatever question or task comes her way, she finds an answer, and patients consistently comment on how reassuring it is to have her on the other end of the phone. Genesis takes pride in making sure no one leaves the office or hangs up the phone with an unanswered question.
